The RMBS annual Bead Bazaar is the best event of the year! Open to the public at the Denver Mart, this annual show offers over 70 industry vendors, over 30 classes in a variety of disciplines, and all the beading information you want! All under one roof!

Setup
Friday, April 26th 8am – 6pm

Show Days
Saturday, April 27th 10am -6pm, and
Sunday, April 28th 10am – 5pm

Booth Fees

  • Standard booth – $550
  • Corner booth – add $50
  • Required Deposit of $275 is due with application (by November 15, 2018?), final payment is due by February 28, 2019.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit must accompany completed contracts. You will be asked to complete a contract upon acceptance of the application. The balance will be due February 28, 2019. If final payment or arrangements are not received by February 28, 2019, the deposit will be forfeited. By my electronic signature, I have read the enclosed Exhibition Space Agreement/Rules & Regulations and agree to all the terms set forth therein.
