To register for a class:

• Please read class information carefully.
• Print and fill out page one of this form (a SEPARATE FORM for each person registering, please).
• If you are a member, you will not be charged the admission fee.
• If you are not a member, please add admission fee of $5.00. The admission fee is good both days!
• If you would like to become a member of the RMBS, please fill out a Membership Form and submit it with your Registration Form. You will not need to include an admission fee if joining the RMBS. As a member, you also will receive 20% off books at the RMBS book table.
• You will receive a confirmation postcard once your registration has processed. PLEASE NOTE that you will need this card to get in to the Bazaar!
• For classes, please bring scissors, a work light and magnifiers (if you so require), and a beading pad.
• Please review the kit list of each class for which you are registering and bring the necessary supplies as requested.
• Please pay with check or money order ONLY (credit cards cannot be accepted).
• KIT FEES ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE TEACHERS at the time of the class!
• Mail registration must be received by April 16th. Otherwise, you will need to register at the front desk at the Bazaar (if space is still available).
• Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to class will receive a refund minus a $5.00 handling fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to class will forfeit 50% of class fee.
